I'm back (kind of)
>> Tuesday, 23 March 2010
Unfortunately the camera saga isn't over yet. I bought a really cheap camera last week but I couldn't take any photos as it wouldn't accept my SD card. So I bought a new card but the quality of the pictures is pretty awful as you can see.
So I have a bit of a dilemma; it's my birthday in a couple of months and my family are all going to club together to buy me a SLR camera so I really don't want to fork out to buy anything more than a simple 'point & shoot'. At the moment I'm thinking I will borrow the office camera once a week to photograph all my makes because I can't upload DT cards that look this bad!

Never mind Sharon, even though it's a bit blurry we can still see you've made a beautiful card. Love the delicate colours used and the pretty papers.
(Anyway don't worry, some of my photo's look like this with a decent camera!)

Hi Sharon,
This card is obviously gorgeous. Beautiful colours and a lovely Tilda. The paper is fantastic.
If you don't mind a tip - before you buy an SLR go to an independant camera shop and tell them what you want it for and they will give you a lot of help on cameras and lenses. The high street chains are not so knowledgable. Of course if you know a lot about cameras you may know exactly what you want.
Hugs,

Good to see you back - have missed your posts. That is a super flower. I agree with the previous comment too - my husband bought me a little Olympus - it is of the "point & shoot" variety but takes brilliant macro photos & it was when the gentleman in the photo shop was shown what I wanted to take photos of that he suggested it. It's a 1060- actually the numbers are preceded by a Greek letter mu but I can't get at the Greek letters in Blogger! I've been using it for my blog & I'm just learning to take photos so mine are nothing special - apart from what the camera makes of my efforts.

Hi Sharon, blurry or not, we know that underneath the fog-like layer, there is a brilliant card!! The papers and colours look lovely and that sweet little Tilda is coloured beautifully, I am sure of it!! Love the butterflies!!
Take Care,

Camera trouble maybe, but definitely not card trouble, this is gorgeous! Love little Tilda, your colouring is fab.

Sorry you have camera problems I do too but the problem is me.
But you can't hide the fact that this card is gorgeous.

Hi Sharon,
Beautiful card, your title of Paper Crafter of the year is well deserved! Thankyou for your lovely comment on my blog. I'm very new to blogging as I never knew anything like this existed until i read your magazine interview so thank you very much for getting me into it as i'm having a ball!
