This months issue of Craft Stamper is fantastic. There are so many ideas and projects and two of my favourite designers, Kay Carley and Isabelle Norris, also feature. It's a real improvement on the 'old' style of the magazine. I've made a card to enter their reader gallery competition. I've used my favourite KN papers again with some 'denim' card from Mad About Cards. I've stamped the two denim square with Versamark and embossed with a sparkly powder. Tilda is coloured with water colour pencils and I've edged my large circle with pink ink. The sentiment tag is a Quickutz die and a MSE greeting. I've also registered on the Split Coast Stampers website this week. Wow, I could spend hours and hours browsing through the projects and gallery and there are some amazing sketches and colour combination suggestions!

I love the sketch on this weeks Papertake Challenge. Good job I bought a circle cutter last week! The papers I used all came from one sheet by oneheart-onemind. I love the Fluffles image and I've coloured him with watercolour pencils and H2O's. The sentiment is a rub-on and I've added some glitter to the white dots, the dots on the paisley pattern and the centre of Fluffles' flower.

I made a very simple card last night for two different challenges: PBSC to use buttons and/or brads and the OCCC sketch. I've had the paper in my stash for ages so can't remember what it is! The buttons and sentiment tag are in yellow and I coloured the PB image with watercolour pencils.

I had a lovely evening yesterday browsing the internet looking at many blogs. There are so many wonderfully creative people out there who do amazing work. I stumbled across a great blog by Jen del Muro called I{heart2stamp}. Jen creates some fab cards and puts sketches on her blog for you to use. So off I went to create a card and here it is. I bought the Scribble Scrabble papers a few weeks ago and have been longing to use them. They are double sided and I love the paisley pattern on the back of the paper. The stamp is an Island Stamp by Lucy Wang which I rarely use but was so suitable for this card. The sentiment is MSE. I chalked the image and sentiment in a pale gold as I didn't want any white on this card. Hope you like it.

I managed to squeeze another card in this week! This one is for Penny Black Saturday challenge and the challenge was to use pink, green and brown. I thought I'd use my new circle cutter which I'm quite pleased with. It's a bit fiddly to use but will do the job until Santa brings me a Cuttlebug!! The papers have been in my stash for ages and I love this PB image because he's so cute and really quick & easy to colour in!

Just a quick post because I have so much to do! I made this card for the Cute Card Thursday challenge which this week was to make a card without using patterned paper. I love using Limeade bazzil card with purple and I haven't used the mesh ribbon for ages. It's a very simple design but I'm pleased with the result.
